Zovo Name Tags
Printable name badges and folded place cards from a guest list.
Zovo Name Tags turns a guest list into printable name tags for events, classrooms and weddings: adhesive name badges that line up with 5395-size sheets (8 per US Letter sheet) or a generic A4 8-up layout, and folded tent place cards with the table number, 2 per page. First names print large and shrink to fit; last names and companies print smaller.
What it does
- Paste a list, a CSV with first, last, company and table columns, or one line of names
- Name badges: 8 per US Letter sheet in the 5395 / 8395 layout, or 8 per A4 sheet with cut outlines
- Folded tent place cards, 2 per page, top half printed upside down so the name reads from both sides
- Large first name that shrinks to fit long names, with last name, company and table number
- Sort as given, by last name, by first name or by table
- Names in Polish, Czech, Vietnamese, Greek and Cyrillic print with an embedded Noto Sans font
Try asking
“Make name tags for Jane Doe (Acme), Raj Patel (Globex) and Ana Lopez (Initech) for Spring Summit 2026”
“Place cards for our wedding: tables 1-3, guests listed below”
“Printable name badges for 5395 sheets from this CSV”
Limitations
- Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic and Hebrew names cannot be printed; the result names the guests left out
- No logos, photos or QR codes on badges
- Up to 1,000 guests per request
- Printers differ: print a plain-paper test sheet and hold it against the badge sheet first
